Today was good but still struggling with hitting 1200cals for the day - this week has been so up and down far too many social events - I guess Saturday weigh in will tell the story - if I am the same I will be happy.
Breakfast: Coffee Optifast Shake : 209cals
Lunch: 2 x Prawn/Veg Rice paper Rolls 200cals ( the Internet recons 88cals per roll so I am being careful and added extra cals)
Dinner: Chicken and Salad and to bulk it up a bit I added a serve of cheese 255cals
Snacks: 1 x Weight Watchers Muffin 216cals, 1 x Gloria Jeans Skim Latte 102cals, 1 x Nespresso 92cals
Total Daily Calories: 1075
Exercise: 60 Mins burning 505cals
