For the last 19 months I have a weigh in every Saturday morning - it helps keep me in line and it makes my free Saturday night guilt free ;)
This week I lost 1.3kg which I thought was amazing considering the poor food week I had - I think the plateau might be broken.
I have 2 birthday parties this weekend and a christening so it will be interesting to see how next weeks weigh in goes even with good food choices strange things can happen :)
